Programme Overview
The RISE Programme promotes education, skills development and economic empowerment. Through the Community English Access and Hands-on projects, FHSI supports young people, women and vulnerable populations to gain practical skills, improve employability, develop enterprises and access sustainable livelihood opportunities.
