The Foundation for Human Security Initiative (FHSI) is a membership-based organization open to all who align with our vision, mission, and objectives. Members form the General Assembly — the supreme policy-making body — ensuring that our programs and policies are rooted in community needs, rights, and aspirations.

Membership brings together passionate people who contribute skills, knowledge, resources, and energy to promote freedom from fear, want, and indignity across Uganda.

Purpose of Membership

FHSI membership is for individuals and organizations who believe that sustainable peace and development require addressing the full spectrum of threats to human well-being. It creates opportunities for collective reflection, capacity building, and grassroots participation — ensuring our efforts are informed by the voices of those we serve.
